Utility Scissors, Heavy Duty Blunt Tip
Strong short scissors with a serrated edge and blunt tip. These are the ones you will use in the whelping kit to cut items that ordinary scissors just can’t manage to cut off: vet wrap, bandage tape, nylon webbing, cable ties, feed bags, vacuum-sealed bedding and packaging from a delivery received at midnight.
The blunt tip allows the scissors to be slid under a layer of bedding or vet wrap without catching on anything underneath. The serrated edge allows the scissors to grip slippery materials rather than fighting against them. The scissors are stainless with a matt black coating, meaning they are suitable for use in a damp nursery environment.
